Mr. Greer serves or has served with several private investment management companies. Mr. Greer is a founding (2009) manager of Eccles Management Company LLC, and is a manager, director, officer or trustee of affiliates. Mr. Greer was on the board of directors and investment committee of Kisco Management Company from 2006 to 2009. Mr. Greer is a founder and manager of Orbex Holdings LLC, as well as of Real Estate Capital Asia Partners LP (manager 2005 to 2008; fund fully monetized by 2013), an Asia ex-Japan institutional private equity real estate investment partnership, and served as a manager, director, officer or trustee of affiliated entities. Prior to 2005, he was a managing principal of Westbrook Partners, an institutional multi-fund private equity real estate investment program, and served as a manager, director, officer or trustee of publicly- and privately-held affiliates.
Private Law Practice
Mr. Greer was a lawyer engaged in the private practice of law from 1975 to 1999, focusing on investment, corporate and securities matters as a partner in law firms in Boston and New York, most recently with Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP.

Ms. Kohlberg co-founded Ilex Management Ltd. and serves as a director. Ms. Kohlberg serves or has served with several private investment management companies.
Ms. Kohlberg is a founding (2009) manager of Eccles Management Company LLC, and is a manager, director, officer or trustee of affiliates, including Orbex Holdings LLC. Ms. Kohlberg was on the board of directors, an officer and a member of the investment committee of Kisco Management Company from 1995 to 2009, chaired the board from 2006 to 2009, and served as a manager, director, officer or trustee of affiliates, including The Kohlberg Foundation. Before 1995, Ms. Kohlberg held senior positions with BSC Engineering, consulting in environmental and development permitting issues, and served in The Commonwealth of Massachusetts state and local offices as well as with the U.S. Forest Service.

Ms. Kohlberg received a B.A. from Yale University and a M.F.S. from Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies.
Mr. Nardis, who increased his participation in Ilex matters in 2016 following a shift in personnel, focuses on portfolio management, communicating with the Ilex managers, and monitoring portfolio activity and results from his offices in White Plains, NY. Since 2010, Mr. Nardis has assisted Eccles Management Company LLC and its affiliates, including the Ilex-entities, in monitoring portfolio activity and results. From 2005 to 2008, Mr. Nardis was the lead research analyst for alternative investments at Kisco Management Company, a predecessor to Eccles Management Company LLC. Since 2010, Mr. Nardis has served as a Vice President at Family Management Company, where his activities included serving as co-manager of FM Multi Appreciation Fund, an internal fund-of-funds. From 2008 to 2010, Mr. Nardis was employed by UBS in its Alternative and Quantitative Investments Group, and at the beginning of his career was an Operational Supervisor on the Equity Derivatives trading desk at that firm.

MACRO ECONOMICS ADVISOR AND FUND MANAGER
She has been based in Auckland, New Zealand for the last 2 years, and serves as a Macroeconomic advisor and fund manager.
Ms. Greer has a broad background in Asian development and academia. She graduated from Harvard in 2010, with a degree in Social Anthropology with an Asian focus. She received her MA in Asian Studies from University of Hawaii, where she studied at the East West Center and investigated the social impacts of rising urban migration trends in mainland Southeast Asia. Most recently she has worked as the in- country Thai Program Director for WorldTeach. She is proficient in Thai and has a working knowledge of Thai and Lao regional dialects.
